To request a refund, contact our customer service team for a Return Authorization Number. We’ll refund your purchase price (minus sales tax and shipping), no questions asked.

If Blue‐Emu isn’t delivering the relief you expected, we’ve got your back. You have 90 days from your purchase date to request a refund. Just give us a shout and we’ll review your request promptly so you can keep moving forward.
If something isn’t quite right, you have 90 days from purchase to make a return.
Once your order ships, we’ll send you an email with the shipping company’s details and your tracking number. Just head over to the carrier’s website, pop in your tracking number, and watch your shipment’s journey.
Keep in mind, it might take 24-48 hours for the tracking information to catch up. If you don’t see an update right away, give it a little time and check back later.
If it’s been over 48 hours since you received your tracking number and there’s still nothing, please email or call our customer support so we can help get things moving.
